Change comes with the wind!

You may have noticed I've changed a few things. In my opinion, I feel I've spruced things up a tad bit. Also note, that any rules or regulations that I implement have ALL been cleared by Celty before hand. The server is being repaired by our very own Renzo, so be sure to send thanks his way. I will be assisting Celty with the forums and server administration.
